This test case is to validate mobile originated control plane data transfer after initial UE message with CIoT control plane service request over HTTP protocol.

In this test case the pre-requisite is that the CIOT UE’s EPS Connection Management or ECM should be in Connected State. The UE sends Service Request to MME. After Service Accept Message from , Mobile Originated user HTTP2 data is sent by CIOT enabled UE in encapsulated format via NAS message S1_UPLINK_NAS_ESM_DATA_TRANSPORT within IE User data container

The scenario covered is S1AP-NAS-Mobile originating with ESM container of HTTP2 user data flow Release 13.
