Initial Attach Detach with CUPS

This test case used for validating Attach Detach with separated Control Plane and User Plane.

In this test case, when the UE receives no response to the UE initiated DETACH REQUEST. the UE re-transmits the DETACH REQUEST up to 4 times on the expiry of timer T3421.

This test case can be also used for stress testing by simulating multiple MMEs.

This Test Case is as per ETSI TS 136 523-1 V15.3.0 Section 9.2.2.1.6
