In this procedure, UE performs the Initial Registration with Bearer Creation over E1 and F1-C interface. After bearer creation, UE will request for modification of the Bearer over E1 and F1-C interface. Once the bearer creation and modification are done then GNB_CU_CP1 will send Context setup response and Registration complete messages to AMF1.
