This test case is used for validating the behaviour of MME and whether it sends Attach reject with valid cause when eNB sends Initial UE Message with initial Attach Request with Identity type to IMEI, Attach Type “Emergency”.

The IMEI (International Mobile Station Equipment Identity) is an international “Serial number” for identifying devices on the carriers network.

This test case is used for validating the behaviour of MME and whether it sends Attach reject with valid cause when eNB sends Initial UE Message with initial Attach Request with Identity type to IMEI, Attach Type “Emergency”.
The pre-requisites of this test is MME is configured to not support Emergency Attach and UE initiates the Emergency Attach Procedure.

In this test case, ABot simulated eNB sends Initial UE Message with initial Attach Request with Identity type to IMEI, Attach Type “Emergency”. The MME, which is the SUT, sends Attach Reject message with a valid Cause value.
