MME_Initiated_Dedicated_Bearer_Deactivation_Erab_Release_Command_Multiple_Erab_Ids_With_Same_Value

This procedure deactivates dedicated bearers. Default bearers are not affected. MME sends E-RAB RELEASE COMMAND to the eNodeB. eNodeB sends E-RAB RELEASE RESPONSE with list of failed to removed E-RABS.
