S1-Set up of two eNodeBs

In this test case two eNodeBs: eNodeB1 and eNodeB2 send S1-Setup Request to different MMEs: MME1 and MME2. Then MMEs send S1 SETUP RESPONSE to the corresponding eNodeB.

This test case is to ensure that multiple MMEs are capable of completing S1-Set up requests from multiple eNodeBs.

In this test case two eNodeBs: eNodeB1 and eNodeB2 send S1-Setup Request to different MMEs: MME1 and MME2. Then MMEs send S1 SETUP RESPONSE to the corresponding eNodeB.

This test case can be also used for stress testing by simulating multiple eNBs, UEs or MMEs,
